30 minWe hear what you want to build, how the work gets done today and what budget you have in mind. By the end of the call it is usually clear which engagement model fits.

Written scope and proposal
The business analyst writes up the requirements with acceptance criteria, and the tech lead settles the technical approach. On fixed scope, 30% is paid when work begins and the rest across delivery milestones.

First working version
2-4 weeksThe first version of a web app that you can open and use typically ships within 2-4 weeks. You try the screens in your own browser.

Weekly releases
MVP: 3-6 weeksA new version arrives every week, and your feedback sets the priorities for the next one. An MVP, first version included, typically takes 3-6 weeks.

Testing and launch
Our senior QA tests the release before it goes live. You receive the source code, documentation and setup instructions, and all code and IP transfer to you on final payment.

The 30 days after launch
30 daysAny bugs that turn up in this period are fixed free of charge. After that you can move to a monthly retainer or carry on with a new scope.
Who does what in a project week

Questions people ask about the team
Are you freelancers or a team?
A team of seven: a tech lead, a product owner, a business analyst, three developers and a senior QA. Invoices come from our registered business in Türkiye. Your contact on the project is the product owner, and the team does the work together.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Turkish. We hold calls and write to you in whichever you prefer, and this website is in both languages too.
How do you work with clients outside Türkiye?
We work from Istanbul on UTC+3, which fully overlaps with EU and UK business hours. Our prices are in USD, and you can pay by SWIFT (USD or EUR), Wise or Payoneer. We sign your NDA and can work under your own MSA/SOW. So far we have delivered to clients in more than 20 countries.
When will I see a first working version?
For a web app, the first working version typically ships within 2-4 weeks. MVPs take 3-6 weeks. After that you get a new version every week.
What do I have at the end of a project?
The source code, documentation and setup instructions. All code and IP transfer to you on final payment, and we fix any bugs that turn up in the first 30 days after launch free of charge.
Which engagement models do you offer?
Four: fixed scope (30% up front, the rest across delivery milestones), time & materials, a monthly retainer, and a dedicated team of 2-6 engineers. We choose the right one together in the scoping call. Rates are US$25-60 per person-hour, depending on the role, and projects start from US$1,000.
