Your project has an owner.
Software projects go wrong through lost communication more often than through bad code. So we assign a product owner (PO) to every project and write down exactly what that commits us to:

One point of contact.
There is one person on your project whose name, phone number and working hours you know. They manage the developers, so you don’t have to.

A working version every week.
Every week, on the same day, you get a working version you can open and use. Instead of describing progress in a slide deck, we let you try it.

An open task list.
You can see what’s done, what’s next and who is on it whenever you like. No need to ask for status reports.

Scope changes come in writing.
When a new request comes up, you get its time and budget impact in writing within 24 hours. Nothing starts until you approve it.

We don’t disappear after delivery.
Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch. Maintenance terms after that are written into the contract up front.

Engagement models
Fixed scope: a defined deliverable at a fixed price and date, and the best fit for a first project together. Time & materials: billed for the hours worked, with a flexible scope, which works best when requirements will evolve. Dedicated team: 2 to 6 engineers working only on your product, billed monthly, for a minimum of three months. After launch, a monthly retainer covers maintenance.
How we communicate
English, written-first. A weekly demo of the working version at a time that fits your working day, and a shared board you can open any time. Your product owner replies within one business day.

UTC+3
We are in Istanbul. That is a full working-day overlap with Europe and the UK, and mornings with the US East Coast.
Contract and IP
We sign an NDA before scoping if you want one, and can work under your own MSA/SOW. On final payment, all intellectual property transfers to you, including code, designs, infrastructure and accounts. You get the repository itself rather than a copy.
Payment
Invoiced in USD or EUR by international bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise or Payoneer, from our registered business in Türkiye. Fixed scope: 30% on start, the rest across delivery milestones. Dedicated teams: invoiced monthly.
Rates
From US$25 / hour
Per person-hour, by role: US$25-60. If you only need a developer, you pay only for their hours. Most first projects land between US$3,500 and US$10,000, and small jobs start from US$1,000. After the free scoping call you get a written estimate, before you commit to anything.
