The challenge

Camping and glamping bookings usually run through phone calls or DMs with no visible pricing. Visitors have to commit before seeing a real total for their group size, vehicle and chosen extras, while the business re-prices every request by hand.

A reservation wizard was designed where dates, headcount, vehicle and extras update a running total at every step. Visitors build their own stay, watch the live price card, and land on a ready-made WhatsApp message at the final step.
